Hi, my name is Carolyn, and I live in Lethbridge, Alberta - a quintessential meat and potatoes, farming, and ranching community.  I am a farmer's daughter myself. Unfortunately, Lethbridge is not the easiest place to find yummy vegetarian or vegan foods.  I love to eat out with my family and it is sometimes challenging to find restaurants that have good options for me.  This blog is my exploration of vegetarian/vegan cuisine in Lethbridge.  Join me!
